Calling all commercial kitchen owners

Serious are holding open days on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd July in the Academia suite at the National Brewery Centre. 

Anybody with a commercial kitchen within the Burton area is advised to attend one of the presentations throughout both days - 11am, 2.30pm and 4pm. 

The presentations will help commercial kitchen owners understand the recent crackdown on FOG's (fats, oils and greases) being discharged into Severn Trent's sewers and drains. There will be demonstrations of model grease traps to show how they work, as well as understanding legislation and long term savings of having an effective grease management system.
